To check the date availability of your visit, you should send an email to reservas@star-madridtours.com and our team will tell you how many places remain, as well as, in case that you want to proceed to the payment of your reservation, the ways of payment at your disposal. The reserves of the 5days package have priority over those of 1 day.

For all the visits, as in the 5 days packages as in the visits of one day, the groups would be composed of a minimum 7 persons and maximum 14.The reservation plus registration form, followed by the definitive confirmation through full payment has been designed for your safety and comfort. If you wish to immediately proceed to a full payment in order to ensure your tour space early, we suggest that you perform both steps on the same day and the company shall immediately confirm your designated tour reservation. You can also proceed to your reservation, fulfill the register formulary send by our team and pay the full amount on the periods quoted hereafter.

In the event of overlapping cases between reservations and full payments, the latter have priority and an alternative date shall be proposed to the clients having completed a reservation. If an agreement is not reached, the deposit would be reimbursed (the company shall in this case bear the administrative fees).

If you want to make your visit and you do not reach the minimum7 persons, you can have a private visit. Please mention on your email this possibility and we will tell you the full amount.

5 days package reservation procedure

Both 5 days Packages are from Monday to Friday. The tour reservation shall be done through a 300€ deposit, along the fulfillment and sending of the register form to the email address reservas@star-madridtours.com . In order to confirm your reservation the remaining due of the price (400€) has to be paid, at the latest, 15 days prior to the beginning of the tour. Cancellation is possible up to 15 days prior to the beginning of the tour using the cancellation form. The deposit would then be reimbursed minus a 50€ administrative fee. The tour space shall be granted giving priority to fully-paid, confirmed attendees.

Procédure de réserve pour les visites d’un jour

The visits are from Monday to Friday, except for the “In Vino salutem” visit that is only on Saturdays. The tour reservation shall be done through a 50€ deposit, along the fulfillment and sending of the register form to the email address reservas@star-madridtours.com . In order to confirm your reservation the remaining due of the price (100€, except for “in vino salutem” that is 60€) has to be paid, at the latest, 7 days prior to the beginning of the tour. Cancellation is possible up to 7days prior to the beginning of the tour using the cancellation form. The deposit would then be reimbursed minus a 15€ administrative fee. The tour space shall be granted giving priority to fully-paid, confirmed attendees.
